HORSE POWERED READING®

The Horse Powered Reading ® course brings learning out of the classroom and into the arena. With the help of a Horse Powered Learning-certified facilitator, students are able to overcome obstacles to learning with the help of Majestic Minis’ herd of horses. The session goals will vary depending upon the ages and sizes of the group.

Horse Powered Reading® is an innovative literacy program that uses equine-assisted activities to enhance reading skills, comprehension, and emotional well-being in children and teens. It is a science-based experiential learning program designed to harness students’ innate curiosity and drive. Our program focuses on fostering confidence, motivation and overcoming reading challenges by integrating equine-assisted learning, social-emotional learning and academics.
